iPhone

Starting the business and the thing I think about it the iPhone coming out tomorrow. Got the business license done today. Now we have the basic legal allowances to run business and build the store out as we want. There is that little bit coming back from the Health Department to approve the basic buildout. There is no reason to think they won't agree to our design.

I'm still concerned about the flavor of our yogurt. I would like to be sure the recipe is perfect. I've not yet had the honey version and to be fair, I would like to to try the lavander in the honey recipe. That said, i screwed up the cinnamon version the last two times I've made it.

I think we've decided to go with something modest on the signage. Its not worth spending $3G on a sign right now. The chairs are coming the design for the tables are being put through with the cabinet builders. I'm still waiting on Boxers to get us the prices of the equipment. Then I'll give DSL a chance to beat their prices.

The store is painted, I've been told by the CEO. She likes the shade. I still don't know when the tiles are expected to get in. The landlord has been very helpful. I'm waiting on the plumber to call back. I need to give him a ring tomorrow. All these little tasks of keeping on top of those who do the main labor for now. Cabinets, signs, electritions, City Hall, equipment, supplies, all that to manage and I have the iPhone on my mind.

You should list your store on Citysearach, as well as get written up in Portland Picks.

I stopped into your shop on Thursday and it was incredible! Such nice people working and the yogurt was great. A little pricey, I think, when you compare it to the gelato places around but it's nice to have something different that isn't all over town.

I found this when trying to find a website for you...hope you'll soon have a site.

It's wonderful to have you in town!
